Ruffina Farrokh Anklesaria, M.A.
Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Ruffina migrated to the United States in 1999 with her two daughters, and became a citizen in 2006.
Ruffina worked at the Embassy of Japan in Trinidad as Executive Secretary to the Ambassador of Japan for 19 years. She ran the non-profit organization called The Enlightened Sentencing Project (TESP), for 15 years. TESP was established by her late husband Farrokh K. Anklesaria, Esq, to promote the rehabilitation of offenders using meditation.
Ruffina has a Master's in International Affairs and an Advanced Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Washington University in St Louis, Missouri. She is certified in United Nations Protocol as well.
Trained as an instructor in Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation in 1978, Ruffina has spent a lifetime teaching meditation to people from all walks of life around the world.
In 1990, Ruffina had a major shift in her consciousness that awakened her ability to perceive everything made of light. It gave her the ability to see past lives and to have celestial vision. She later realized she was able to transmit this same capability to others by awakening their third eye in sessions of Shaktipat with her.
Ruffina lives in Missouri, USA, with her two daughters, Devina and Anahita.
